Meet Ashley Alderette, Psy.D., Licensed Clinical Psychologist
I believe you have better days ahead.
Based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida and serving clients throughout Virginia, Washington D.C., and across the United States
Embark on a transformative journey towards inner peace and well-being through therapy.
Imagine having a space where you feel truly seen, heard, and supported—a place where you can explore your thoughts and emotions without judgment. Therapy offers that sanctuary, allowing you to make sense of your experiences, process challenges, and gain insight into the patterns that may be holding you back.
I strive to create a warm, collaborative environment where we can untangle the complexities of your anxiety, self-doubt, or relationship struggles and pave the way for meaningful growth. Through open dialogue and compassionate guidance, we will work together to help you gain clarity, cultivate self-trust, and build the confidence to step into the life you desire.
But therapy is more than just exploration—it’s about empowerment and action. With the right tools, strategies, and support, you can move from feeling stuck to feeling capable, from overwhelmed to balanced, and from self-doubt to self-assurance. Whether you're navigating big life changes, working on communication skills, or learning to set boundaries, therapy provides a structured path toward lasting transformation.
You don’t have to face these challenges alone. I’m here to walk alongside you, helping you build resilience, embrace self-discovery, and create a fulfilling life on your terms. If you're ready to take that first step, let's connect.

Together, we’ll work to help you find clarity, confidence, and purpose, so you can live life as fully as possible.
